Noob here, just purchased 7g, what is a micro dose?how do I measure it without a scale.

Hi all, so I just put in my order for 7 g… I’m someone who is extremely intolerant to weed. However, I have tried taking niblets of some old manic mushrooms— a fraction of a regular microdose. I was wondering how much a regular microdoses is, and without a scale, how can I measure it? For what it’s worth, I am a 180 pound male.
And if anyone has time, I would love to hear how it has changed you, emotionally, physically, and in any which way that correlates to your mental health.
