Make magic golden tea with me

- Gather a ingredients (I like 50% cow milk & 50% oat)
- Ground shrooms go in. 1/8tsp level is aprox .2g for how course I grind it.
- Local honey. A spoon full of sugar helps the medicine go down.
- I have a fancy ass milk steamer. Poor in hot milk.
- A heaping spoon full of turmeric tea concentrate. I make my own. There are recipes on Google.
- Stir. Stir. Stir. Stir.
- I Let that shit steep. Like 20 min. (Or my drive to work)
- So yummy!
- this is what I like. You do what you like. I have no idea if hot milk is better or worse than hot water for potency or anything. I just like it. It's yummy. And the shroom sludge mixes with the turmeric sludge in a sweet earthy goodness.
