Birthday gift from a friend. Making capsules

Going to put these into a food shredder and then fill some capsules. Trial/Error Microdosing attempt.. advice or thoughts welcomed...I don't have exact weight. I desperately hope I can use these to either slow down or better yet - quit a 3 year habit of daily meth use....I've only read positive things about the benefits....
