8 days in. Should I flip and start the fruit ?

Hey guys. My tubs are 8 days in. I have only mixed one rice bag to each tub ( definitely 2 next run) Should I flip the lids start the fruit cycle? P.s I have had a peekaboo twice over the last week to see how things are going . Thank you 🙏
