After taking more than a year off from dating to pursue therapy and properly heal my trauma from a toxic ex, I'm finally putting myself back out there, and hoping to find what I hope will be the woman of my dreams and more.

I want my next relationship to be a healthy and healing one, for both our benefits. I need someone that can both respect my boundaries and be a fully present partner with me. Someone’s who genuinely interested in getting to know me, can keep a conversation going, and goes the extra mile for me every chance they can, just like I would always do for them. I'm the kind of guy that memorizes your favorite things and where to find them, and saves your Taco Bell order in their phone as a favorite for the future. Stuff like that. 😊

One big thing about me too is I'm a realist (not a rude one though), and I'd like to be with someone similar if it’s possible. For example, I will always be the most supportive partner possible for you and your passions, but not if you’re arrogant and expect guaranteed fame and fortune just because you think you're talented enough to have it be automatically given to you. Being humble with yourself is a big plus in my book.

More importantly though, I need a partner that communicates their needs and actively tries to resolve problems, not someone that only wants to be present when things are fun and convenient, and immediately shuts down or get upset quickly otherwise when there’s something as simple as a difference of opinion on something. Mutual respect is key in every relationship, and that’s not something I’ll allow myself to bend on ever again. It only takes a toll on both of our mental health, and no one deserves that either. ☺️🧠
