Hello. I'm 50, divorced a year, have three kids. I'm a big dude, 6'2", large frame, very much a bear. :) Obviously a good person to cuddle with and hug. I'm not too hung up on age, although I will probably related better to people in their 30s and up. That's not a hard cutoff.
I just want to start meeting people again, making friends, and hopefully find something mutual with someone. I don't plan on ever getting married again or having any more kids. I'd like to live my life as best I can on my own terms. If it's not in the cards to meet someone and share some adventures, then I'll go on adventures by myself. But it would be nice to have someone around. Intelligence and a sense of humor are a must. I'm a homebody and I enjoy movies and TV shows, and I'm also a professional musician.
That last bit is important. I love playing piano and singing. I went to school for music and it is a passion for me. I don't do it full-time like I used to, but I'm working on getting back to it. I have a boring 9-5 that gives me all that typical 'security', but I don't love it. I'd be up for meeting other musicians also.
