New buyer here, is the mi band 4 compatible with a lot of apps? And is it accurate?

Hi, I'm thinking about buying it. The smartwatch I had before was a disappointment. It had literally no compatibility, couldn't tell when I was even asleep, the blood presure and pulse things were way off as well, AND it though I'd walked thousands of kilometers when I was on the plane. Basically a disaster.

I read up and the mi band makes a lot of promises. So I thought I'd get some unbiased opinions before spending my money. So...

Are the blood presure, sleep tracking and step tracking functions accurate?

Is it convenient to use when working out?

Do you have a range of apps you can connect it to as you would with a galaxy watch? For example, I'm interested in smart alarms such as sleep cycle or sleep as android, could I pair these apps with the watch?

Also how durable is it? I somehow managed to crack the screen of my old sponge smartwatch within a few months... in my sleep. Seriously.

Thank you for taking the time to read my questions, any insight would be really helpful.
