I love flautas (chicken to be exact). I’ve made them dozens of times, a dozen different ways. I just always prefer traditional style (traditional to me, I’m not actually sure if that is accurate). Simple filling.. quality chicken, corn tortilla, no cheese. How do you recommend I get that restaurant style quality at home? I’ve seen this method of cooking the chicken with tomato, onion, jalapeño.. does that actually make for a flavorful chicken? For some reason I cannot bring myself to boil chicken, please convince me otherwise 😅. I’m making them tonight so all advice is appreciated!!
