Metro Exodus Caspian Sea Oasis Trapped

So after completing the Oasis mission and repelling the Barons attack i went back to the Oasis because i forgot to get the post card. i go and grabbed it but somehow i am trapped like there is a invisible wall trying to get out and the crawl space to get to the Oasis facility will not prompt up so i am effectively trapped and all my saves takes me back a minute still inside Oasis. I need help
