Recently I developed this inate reaction to seeing or thinking/realising things that are extraordinary where my ears will fill up with pressure and I get a super high pitched ring like I feel my ears try to pull to the back of my head and it's this really fucking crazy sensation like it feels like my brains so amazed by what it's just seen or thought of that it might literally explode it's weird when it happens I can feel the little bones and shit inside my ear moving like the very end of my ear canal fills up with pressure as if my ear drums were expanding and about to burst it honestly a little painful definitely uncomfortable and also fucking sick it feels mad mentally it's like when you're mindblown by something but your brain simultaneously pumps full of endorphins it's overwhelming and after a couple's seconds I have to do this thing in my brain that I can only compare to hitting alt f4 on whatever program it is that makes me feel this crazy sensation cause if I don't shut that shit down straight away it gets more and more intense and I get this vibration in the middle of my brain my vision starts to fade it's cooked and I know it's not like a brain injury or anything cause I haven't had it for very long and it happened for the first time while I was high off the best meth I ever smoked and it's like it's become this little extra that I have to deal with now it's fucked an example of the kind of shit that triggers it is this video I saw about a half hour ago on Instagram where this old guy pulls up to the front of his grandsons house on a mobility scooter but it's loud as sounds like a motorbike but it looks like a completely normal scooter and he gets his grandson to sit on it gives him a quick rundown and tells him to go for it and the guy takes off and goes fast as fuck and then I took it for whatever you call taking stuff deeper than face value and I really thought about the fact there's actually a real old man out there who engine swapped his scooter and rides it around completely illegally so he can drive on roads and get where he's going quicker like if that was someone you know that'd be fucken sick and he doesn't look like the type to do shit like that he's just a skinny little well dressed Grampdude but yeah as soon as I started thinking about the fact that this is a real thing that happened somewhere in the world I got overwhelmed with this sensation like a biblical scale dog whistle was ringing in my head and the vibration was muddling all my thoughts and senses. Into one feeling and if I let it go for too long I'm worried I might burst something in my head so yeah idk make what you will of that if anyone has experienced anything similar to this and has any explanation why I would be getting an overwhelming ringing in my brain and ears as a reaction to having thoughts and realisations that blow my mind let me know cause I'm way confused and kinda worried
