How much to boof

I constantly see people talking about the rush boofing gives you and how it's as close to injecting as possible. I smoke daily and about a month ago I boofed 120mg and it did nothing for me.
What dosage should I try? Straight double it and go for 240mg or what? What's the most anyone in here has boofed and had a good time?
Or should I just chalk it up to "It won't do shit because you smoke daily."
