Suddenly can't get high???

I usually get a zip at a time. I've run into a problem with my current stuff. It's came in one giant shard. Not the best I've ever had, but still good product. I had been using for about a week. I use every way possible. Anyways after about a week suddenly can't get high. I feel absolutely nothing smoking or hot railing. The only time I feel anything is when I slam and the only thing I get is a hot head rush. Also suddenly not meth side effects either. I'm not dehydrated. I get hungry and eat. And I easily sleep. Has this ever happened to anyone???
