Fauxtina, Any ideas what this is?

Friend of mine got ripped off with this, took my usual dose (oral) and it has a sweet/sour taste, far from the normal yucko taste, no noticeable effect of any kind after ingestion. Crystals are harder/less brittle than usual (e.g. no crystalline crumbles in the bag or from handling)
I have no idea if the picture description is at all enough to give a guess but I would appreciate any insight you guys have, thanks.
