Why is it that the crakbak changes in just one puff

Top photo - load bowl and heat and melt Bottom photo- after the first hit and it set like that ? In my opinion it went from looking good , was an alright puff then it sets like it’s crap and super cut ? From clear straight lines to a fuzzy white ?
