Swollen member after session

Does anyone else get a swollen member/foreskin after an extended fap session? I don’t know if the meth numbs things or something but I’ve had a swollen foreskin and dick skin in general for a few days now after a session. The session was only about 2-3 hours too. No problems at the time. Hoping it dies down soon.
