Who says reindeer cookies are only for December/christmas !? My midnight snack I made this is your reminder to EAT SOMETHING drink some milk eat cereal or cookies and milk MILK IS GOOD FOR YOU eat some fruit too bananas and strawberries are my go too and maybe a peanut butter sammich w sliced bananas 💦💦 or drink a protein shake like BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS OR PEDIASURES. I love the NAKED brand of juice/smoothies and they are loaded w all the good stuff and go down easy if you can’t eat but for goodness sakes take a shower brush your teeth(preferably after food) and eat/drink something. Ohhhh and DRINK A GALLON OF WATER TODAY 👌🤞 lay down and close your eyes even if you can’t sleep your body needs rest every 24hrs I promise you’ll thank me later it makes the worlds difference just laying flat and close your eyes and focus on one sound for at least two hours if possible ❤️ mkayyy byeeeeee
