New stuff makes me tired and pin point pupils

I don’t think it’s fent if it is I would probably be dead. no energy, feel a little dysphoric, pupils look like they normally would maybe even smaller. Vision feels weird and seems to run up the pipe when smoked. When should I be concerned?
