New to slamming meth, advice plz

Not new to injecting, been doing coke for years. Pretty much ruined my veins. Started smoking meth now I wanna slam it. How much do I start with? How much water? I know towards the end I mixed less water with the coke to get the best buzz. Any help appreciated. Btw Iām on blood thinners.
