Okay so I recently had my first sober stint that actually lasted, it was a solid 4 almost 5 months. During that time I had picked up cigarettes as a substitute for dope to help cope w everything And just recently I had relapsed, now everytime I get high I jus wanna chief my whole pack immediately and I swear I feel ts actively killing my heart😭😭😭😭
