I've been able to cut use down to every 2 months three months with little binge but always get 2 days in, dehydrate, no food or rest but too stuck to fix it and tempted to do more. I know it's only bad after this point workout shut down, and u feel the most strung out even though I'm not. I'll always be an addict and feel it most when I neglect. Gotta sedate and hydrate cause this is no fun at this point. I'll never learn I guess
