Taking a break from daily use, the withdrawals are killing me. Does anyone have any advice or kind words?
Post Body

I’ve been a daily user for a while, and it’s having some gnarly effects on my health. I have a heart condition and shouldn’t be using to begin with. I used to snort it, but my nose was constantly bleeding and I got a sinus infection from a bad batch. So I decided to switch to smoking. I went from using once a month for about a year, then once every 2 weeks, then only on the weekends, and now I’m using every day (when I wake up, after I get off work, and before bed).

I decided to take a break after last night and haven’t used since about 1am (3pm now), withdrawals are kicking in and I feel sick and like I’m dying. I can’t stand up or bend down without getting super light headed and nauseous. I’m nauseous and having shortness of breath in general. My body aches so badly. My head hurts. I’m depressed, anxious, and just craving it so hard. I’ve been trying to distract myself by doing dishes and laundry but I started feeling like I was on the brink of a mental breakdown and just went to lay in bed. I’m craving it so badly and don’t want to use again. I need this break. What do I do? Help :(
