On the lowest temp setting and just pulsing the power it works extremely well. It takes a little practice to get it right but personally I found rotating it two or three times then stopping to hit the power for like 2-3 seconds seems ideal. I’m sure there’s better options out there but for the price, this seems pretty damn perfect. Burnt zero product and it’s inconspicuous af. Battery life is pretty solid as well only charged it twice in 5 days.

I used some next care tape around the glass and bottom of the device (to protect from inevitable drops, which I use on burner stems all the time. Especially to attach a magnet to them to allow for S-tier hiding places lol) hold a flame close to the tape for a second or two and it gets soft and you can pinch the edges to basically have it fuse together and it will never come off. Great for cuts and burns as well!

Now enough infomercial talk. What are yalls go-to mods for your gear? For me, it’s the tape, shit has saved my pieces more times than I could count.. I once knew a guy who used to always have people over to partake in activities. He had a mini fan attached to a bubbler that would automatically turn on after taking his hand off piece which had a pressure switch attached to the side, so that his shit would cool down faster while passing shit around. Fucking wild, I know.
