Tried to do some digging for harm reduction and stuff along these lines I mentioned And found almost nothing strangely enough but a bunch of people actually complaining about how much they damaged their brain or they have the zaps
Which leads me to want to help and bring our people and bring others to conversate about ways to actually help ourselves And to the dipshit idiots always come here despite never trying the drug on their high horses acting all smug Being like "Just stop, meth bad" gee why didn't we think about that? Pff wowww! Believe it or not, it could be beneficial for a lot of people especially like me with people with neurological disorders i.e ADHD. Everything has a balance, and the bad or the good. you Can find find it Just don't be stupid and take care of that brain which is exactly why I make and ask this.
Lastly, the things I know which is probably obvious to some but
Get some fuckin sleep homie. You don't need to be up 48 hours Even a 1-hour nap is better than nothing and you'll notice how much better you operate even on that. Your little guy upstairs also starts eating itself The more you push even 24 hours. And I'm almost positive. Even if you don't lose consciousness, you still rest a little
The lovely tasty glucose mmmm. It's time to put that childhood fat phobia aside If you're not going to be eating a whole lot, get some candy. It's quick and easy way to get that nutrient.
