Did I smoke myself into sickness? Am I “greening out” on meth?

Post Body

First bowl in two weeks last Saturday. Saturday - Monday night was smooth sailing, high was great. Monday night - Wednesday night, went through an unplanned mini comedown. Wednesday night, picked the bubble up in a horrible mood and rested (cried to sleep). Thursday afternoon, resumed smoking. High was great. Emotionally plummeted into hell which caused me to feel physical pain. Napped, ate, hydrated n smoked it off. Same night snuck in a few hits, drank and smoked weed. Felt great. A little later emotionally failed again. Tried smoking for relief, each hit made me increasingly more tired so smoked to sleep instead. Decent few hours of real sleep but woke up extremely sore, exhausted, agitated and heavy feeling. Smoking usually masks any discomfort i have so when I took my first hit today I was surprised it didn’t go away. Packed a new bowl in a clean pipe and a few hits in felt myself physically worsen. Things like:Head and sinus congestion, scratchy throat, extreme dry eye, extreme nausea, headachy, random sharp abdominal pains. Kept smoking up until a few hours ago when my whole body started feeling tight and constricted on top of everything else that was wrong. Is this making me dependent?Did I smoke too much? Was it the unexpected 36hr break then sudden resumption?(Eating,hydration,self-care generally could all use help) Only been doing meth since late September. Cleaned up for a week. Relapsed. Got clean for another two, this is that relapse.
