Hi I don’t have blood pressure problems but I’m trying to reduce how much blood vessel will constrict while on meth - I can’t drink alcohol because I feel crap on it so I have been thinking to take a vaso dilator drug maybe low dose before smoking . Something like Losartan - hs anyone tried this and helped ?

Basically the reason for this is that I hve vascular issue (not heart related ) that cause my blood vessel to not relax too much so I need increase Nitric oxide somehow . I thought about using nitroglycerin but I thought that to her to extreme and dangerous while on meth .

I have also been thinking to maybe add some low dose Prazosin which is a Alfa adrenergic agonist which basically should prevent noripinephrine to attach to Alfa2 receptors in the blood and relax them - the results should be a more relaxed high without much racing .

But for now I’d be happy to know if anyone who’s been on Losartan or similar ARB drug also been using meth and what’s like the combination.
