Can meth recrystallize on skin?

I was smoking meth and not thinking about where I was blowing the smoke.. I also got a new hand soap too. Im hoping im just allergic to my hand soap. But i was smoking meth and may have been accidentally blowing on my hand. Could it have recrystallized on my hand? And if it did. How can i fix it? Idk Im scared that its going to get worse.. I dont know what to do.
