Did the bleach test need clarification on results

So I got a batch of what I assume is meth I dumped it in bleach and it sat at the top for a second then started dissolving into a murky substance covering the top of the of the bleach I’ll include a picture below for context of what I mean, is this meth or something else like flakka or iso
