Relapsed after 5months sober

My partner took me back after I used and hooked up with someone else. We have been together 7yrs. She suspected I was using and the deal was I have to pass drug tests and she has to see my atm history. Failed the drug test, pulled out cash. I’m numb right now but I won’t be forever. Do I admit? Has anyone been thru this?
