I know I sound a bit dumb saying this but that is my impression. I am aware that back in the 90s and 2000s, the Methamphetamine manufactured containing Ephedrine " AKA Crank" was a lot more powerful and maybe even a lot more addictive than what's on the streets nowadays. I am not saying that the meth that is available today is by any means good, but I feel it is a better alternative to what was around back then. I have seen PSA's and commercials from the 2000s talking about crank or meth and it honestly seemed like something out of a horror movie. Violent and aggressive behavior, murder, suicide, permanent psychosis, etc. The PSA mentioned people overdosing and doing it again; digging imaginary bugs out of their faces, killing their own children in psychosis, and spending the rest of their lives in prisons or psych wards. I feel like the Cartel meth available today isn't that bad and doesn't really do that to people anymore. Sure it's insanely addictive and destructive, but nowhere near as bad as the old stuff.
