I got these at the Dollar Tree to try while I take a couple day break for a mouth swab I’ve got tomorrow for a job. I got a good night of sleep, popped two of these when I woke up while drinking an energy drink. Took a couple ibuprofen, drank some water throughout the day and I honestly felt fine. I usually get a little nauseous and grumpy with a headache day one of not smoking but I felt way better than usual taking these.

I can’t go back and edit but I bought these earlier in the week, today is day two without smoking.
