So I did my first attempt at recrystallization last night, was worried I'd screw up so I started with two grams. Grinded it into powder, heated some 91% isopropyl alcohol in the microwave and put 2ml of the heated alcohol into my ice. Swirled it around put it in the microwave with a cover on top for 20 seconds, you can't really see through the glass on my microwave so I overheated the first time and had to add more alcohol and start again. Got it right the next time and took it out, let it sit covered for 15 minutes (more like 20) then I took the cover off and sat it on my dresser next to a window with the blinds down and the window cracked. It was cold as a bitch in my room all night Idk if that had any effect but it seemed to start crystallizing up the glass pretty quickly. I ended up falling asleep and I just woke up, it's been like 10 hours and this is how it's looking currently. From what I can tell it looks like everything is done except for the very center, im assuming the top layer with the popcorn-like balls is my meth? What's the best way to get everything out? Should I repeat the process with the stuff in the center? What are some good drying methods that don't take forever? Thank u in advance homies 🫶 (also yes I see the eyelash and it's bothering me too)
