After long break i am a newbie agian, and lost

I am sorry for long post but figured this is the place to ask for help. And when i am nervous i word vommit 😅. it has been almost 10 years since I have had any and honestly didn't really even know what I was doing back then. Well wife has stated she would like to try lol. Old habits was main veining in past but would like to try smoking this time but don't know shit about it
