Anyone else get mouth sores from smoking

I got hella sores on the top of my mouth i can’t eat shit i can barely drink shits so painful even when u jus chillin. How do yall deal with this shit and keep on smoking too cause idk if it’s ever gonna heal unless i quit, is there anything to help numb it or help lessen the pain

Also does anyone get muscle cramps cause my fingers and hands start cramping randomly i almost dropped all my shit out my pipe i can’t even hold it still sometimes n its hella painful too, im just glad it ain’t my feet or calf cramping cause that shit would sober me up real quick

And do yall get stomach cramps or does ur bootyhole n stomach start hurting real bad when u doo doo :((
