What am I doing wrong? (IV)

I am not the best with IV clearly. I have trouble hitting a vein and sometimes when I think I missed, when I start to pull back there’s blood but it burns so i’ll take it out. I thought I found a vein so I injected but IDK if I missed or not. It doesn’t hurt really but it looks weird? Also don’t mind the white part I was just covering my tattoo
