Should I just toss this or is it usable?

This may be a dumbass question but I genuinely don't know and can't find an answer in this sub so please help me out if y'all can. I had a cup full of bleach I was using to test product, it was left sitting after several tests and I forgot about it, one day I tripped over it 🤦‍♂️ and spilled it all, I cleaned up the spill and put the cup up and forgot about it. After a few days I noticed a bunch of crystallized residue in the cup. I had a picture of it i guess I deleted it bc I can't find it but I scraped it all out the cup just to see if it was hard or flaky, broke off in small flaky shards, doesn't really smell like bleach anymore but I'm assuming I should just trash it. I'm not hurting for product or anything just wanted to ask y'all before I get rid of it, pls educate me. Thank you.
