What is this shit cut with?

I know itās hard to tell just by pictures, but does anyone have any idea what this may be cut with? I get tired right after a few hits, makes my neck hurt, and makes my head feel like thereās pressure in it like a balloon, and i get that āairheadā feeling. and it has a really bitter taste in the beginning, but then tastes like nothing. Any ideas? iām open to any questions. HELP
