Been up on a lil bender of 2-3 days lol, why is my skin stinging/burning in lil random spots here n there.

It's annoying the fck outta me. I been drinking Hella water and eating more than I usually do, is it the lack of sleep that's fuckin doin it? Idk my skin is like stingy and it will jus randomly happen in spots. Wierd asf. Anyone know what's going on? I don't do UP too much only here and there. any fixes?
