Rinsed my glass pieces with distilled water, allowed it to evaporate in a Pyrex dish and got this. Is this smokable?

This is my first time trying this, but is this smokable? Was there something else I should’ve done? Also, is this even meth at all? lol. Sorry if this is a dumb question, just wanted to see if anyone had any kind of experience with reclaiming like this, and if it’s even worth it. Thanks for any help!
