First time using certified methamphetamine and it was not as expected.

Firstly, why am I so sleepy? As soon as it hit I wanna take a nap. Secondly, I don’t feel “high”, I just feel content and motivated, which is so lovely. Thirdly, why do some methheads get to the point of looking like a stereotypical methhead with scabs and no teeth, I feel so normal and have motivation to look after myself. How do people stay awake for days and end up with psychosis from this? I don’t get it.
Yes, I have been diagnosed with ADHD so I imagine that’s part of the calming effect.
