Clarification on acetone washing

I have read numerous posts about this process and have watched several videos. However, there seems to be some conflicting information, or my brain is not fully functioning lol Simple question, does acetone ( anhydrous if that matters) dissolve Methamphetamine? ( Harm reduction)
