Hi all I’ve been currently on a binge for almost a week I have had plenty of sleep and rehydration aswel as food, Every time I use my knee flares up and the dead skin bruise scab becomes bigger? I haven’t hit anything either is it I just got shitty knees 🤣👽 any help would be amazing as I have no idea why this happens or if it happens to anyone else?
