What should I do? I have my second psychiatrist appointment today for getting tested for adhd or possibly other things and after first consultation 3 months ago , I told the doctor I was using meth very regularly and told him everything about my past and I was just upfront with him, and he said the next appointment will be in 3 months and for me to withstain from using meth and to get an ECG scan and to try seek out a gambling or drug counseling to try help with l the addictions, but the only thing I’ve really done in the last 3 months was go and get my ECG scan, I didn’t stop using or gambling and I’m just unsure of what today will hold for me ? the appointments were 3 months apart basically to postpone it but I can’t postpone it again because my mum is paying 700 each appointment and she doesn’t and can’t know I’m still using, I went to rehab twice and was meant to of been sober for the last year or two.
