I haven’t been smoking long and it’s becoming a bad habit I’m tryna stop soon as I can. Sober for a week and relapse and sober for a week and relapse but have more control this time. Maybe I smoke too much at once but I’m constantly coughing up this white substance phlegm film that covers my throat and I cough it out and it’s a little brown this is the worst I’ve seen. I also smoke weed. And don’t have the best lungs but is this like a meth buildup in my throat??? Gross
