New to this and I have a general idea of the DOs, like the obvious staying hydrated, eat to get your omegas, electrolytes, potassium, magnesium, calcium, B12s, zinc, monitor BP but not too much you get paranoid lol.
I'm asking if anybody here has any brain wrinkles left and know the more "technical" things to avoid. Like is telmisartan, a BP regulator okay to take when slightly hypertensive (I'm usually around 140/80 when I smoke). I heard that taking methylene blue is a big no no. Anything that raises heart rate and vasoconstricts you probably not good. Avoid working because the added stress to your cardiovascular system but is there anything else???
I been working out for 12 years now and I'm on TRT as well and lately been upping the dose slightly, which my raise my bp a bit. Also I take some supplements like carderine, t3, sr9011, yohimbine, etc. but I workout first and take my supplements hours before my first hit. Am I just playing with fire here or does anybody else workout and take unorthodox supplements? Also is tadalafil cool to take?
