What can I do in the moment to stop dope dick?

I’ve been smoking intermittently for the past few years, however just don’t get hard when I smoke and none of the dick pills seem to work either.
As a result of my soft dick, I end up being the one sucking/rimming/pleasing my partner for the night and feel almost embarrassed to let them do anything to me.
Any recommendations on what I can do in the moment to counteract dope dick?
