Hey everyone,
I’ve been struggling with drug use for a while now and I’m at a point where I really want to get clean. I’ve tried a few different approaches, but nothing has really stuck for me long-term. Recently, I’ve been talking with a friend who is a Jehovah's Witness, and they suggested that turning to their faith could help me find the support and structure I need to overcome addiction. This friend though routinely goes on coke benders, fucking two girls at once. This is almost every weekend.
I’m seriously considering it, but I don’t know much about the Jehovah's Witness faith or how it might help with addiction recovery. I know they have a close-knit community and emphasize living a clean and moral life, which sounds like it could be beneficial.
Has anyone here gone through something similar? Or does anyone have experience with Jehovah's Witnesses when it comes to overcoming addiction? I'd love to hear your thoughts or any advice you might have.
Thanks in advance!
