I eat normally 4, maybe 5 times at day:
1.- Before going to the job. At 8:15am I usually eat a bowl of cereal/rolled oats/granola with yogurt or some eggs with something More like jam, nopales, sausages, etc. 2.- Lunch for the job. At 11am I eat my lunch, its not so much but its a good proporcion, like a half or more of a normal dish in the meal time. (Usually Is meat, vegetables, rice, beans, etc). 3.- Lunch for the school. At 7pm I eat a little bigger porcion of my Lunch for job. 4.- Meal/Dinner. At 10:30pm I eat the bigger dish of the day. This is my Meal Time so ITS a Dish of a good proporcion of food. 5.- I say maybe 5 because I dont know If I could count It like a time to eat of the day, because when I come back of the job at 2pm and Before going to the university at 5pm, in that 3 hours sometimes I eat junk food like popcorns and chips, or cookies or fruit, etc. Its just to calm the hunger a little.
In the past I dont eat very good AND sometimes I don eat nothing, then I quit meth for some mounths AND I get back my weight. I always be a little skinny, but not so much, I could say that my normal weight its like 75kg-80kg im 1.75cm tall. Now Im in the 60kg-65kg.
So... Someone knows or can tell me why I can get more weight If I eat good (or o think that) what you recomend me? Eat diferente things? Eat something spexific in a sprecific hour? Or its just this shit that dont give a fuck If I eat more AND will keep me skinny...
Sorry for my English, I hipe you understand me... Im not from USA so I dont know the type of change of the weight and height and my English its not perfect.
