Did I fuck myself up?
Post Body

genuine advice only please. I know what this sub can be like at times, and we all love a laugh, but I need some serious advice.

So me and my girl are light users, .5-1 g a fortnight generally. This last week we went on a bender and smoked a quarter of a zip over the week. I think I had the lions share, probably about 4-5 grams. So Iā€™ve not had a smoke since very early Sunday morning, probably about 3 or 4 am. Iā€™ve been completely free from use. I keep having these light headed type feelings. Kinda like a mix between head spins and that feeling you get when someone jump scares you and actually scared the fuck out of you. It happens randomly throughout the day and I get it continuously as Iā€™m trying to fall asleep.

Over the bender my eating and drinking was not on point and I slept every third day or so.

Iā€™m wondering if Iā€™m just dealing with the fallout of the bender, or if something more sinister may be at play here. Anyone else ever feel like this after abnormally heavy use?

We have agreed we arenā€™t using for a while as we both have had terrible dreams etc since stopping use and we didnā€™t sign up for anything more than fun from time to time. We both have careers and kids we donā€™t need this shit impacting. We are ahead of the curve when it comes to the ā€œjust donā€™t use methā€ advice.

TIA.
