I’ve been using off and on for 3 years. It is a bittersweet relationship I hate it and yeah I mostly hate it, until I haven’t used for like 10-11 months.
Anyways my question is I’ve been using since February everyday and it’s been manageable (my life isn’t progressing) but the past 5-6 days I’ve been riddled with anxiety I can’t do shit I feel like shit I’m super paranoid and have the constant feeling I’m being watched/stalked and that everyone is out to get me.
I know it’s irrational but I can’t shake the fucking shit it’s pissjbg me off and I can’t do anything about it.
Tl:dr 8 months daily user now all of a sudden super anxious and on edge and mentally/cognitively sluggish. What to do ?
