Why?! Wth?!

Why do I always have a fucking panic attack after every hit?! I’ll literally be shaking before every hit! I’ll have to call someone just to settle me down. Last time I had to call the paramedics. My blood pressure was 200 over 110. All other vitals were normal. Keep in mind I’ve been stressed out lately and my diet has been horrible for a few months. My blood pressure is always normal when I’m eating healthy and exercising. What the Hell is going on with me?! Is this just not for me anymore?
